  2. Scan a QR stickerPoint your camera at any QR code on a distribution board or in a technical room to open the linked documents.
  3. View, search, shareSearch by keyword thanks to built-in OCR, view PDFs and plans full-screen, share links with technicians in one tap.
Data & privacy

What the app collects — and what it doesn't

We only collect what is strictly needed to run your account and keep your documents safe. The app is not funded by advertising and does not sell data to third parties.

The app collects

  • Account details you provide (name, email, phone) to identify you and secure your account.
  • Buildings, units and documents you upload or that are shared with you, stored encrypted on our servers.
  • Basic device information (OS version, app version, device model) to diagnose crashes and improve stability.
  • Anonymised usage events (page views, feature use) to prioritise what to build next — no personally identifiable data attached.
  • Push notification tokens (when you allow notifications) to alert you about document changes.

The app does not collect

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android). No ads are ever shown.
  • Contacts, calendar, health or location data. The app has no reason to ask for them.
  • Photos from your camera roll. The camera is used strictly to scan QR codes in real time — nothing is saved to your library.
  • Third-party analytics that track you across other apps or websites.

Permissions

What the app asks for

Each permission is optional and only requested when you use the related feature. You can revoke any of them at any time from your device settings.

Camera

Used only to scan QR codes attached to distribution boards, technical rooms and installations. The camera is stopped as soon as a code is detected and no photos or video are ever recorded or uploaded.

Notifications

Used to alert you when a document is added, updated or removed for a building or unit you have access to. You can turn these off at any time without losing app functionality.

Local storage

Used to cache recently viewed documents so you can consult them offline. Cached files are stored inside the app's private sandbox and cleared when you sign out.

Network access

Used to sync documents, authenticate you and receive push notifications. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
